Membership is open to individuals who are legally permitted to own and handle firearms in New York City.

The easiest way to become a member is to complete an application online. Please note that your application is not completed until you visit the range, present your credentials and driver’s license for verification, and are approved by the range officer on duty.

You can also become a member by submitting your information at the range and signing required paperwork.  Make sure you have your original credentials (NYC pistol license/rifle permit and driver’s license) available for inspection and scanning.

An associate membership fee is currently $350 per year (increasing to $375 on 2/15/2025).  We offer a courtesy discounted membership rate of $300 ($325 as of 2/15/25) for retired law enforcement officers with appropriate credentials.
